For each "Correspondence" unlock order, the customer takes note of the fact that statistically, since the lauching of the service, 10% of the correspondence unlock requests fail (mobile phone not supported by our services). In case of failure, given the fact that S.E.G SARL has to manage a considerable amount of requests, and the percentage of failure, S.E.G SARL can not assume all the logistic and banking fees, and will refund the customer of the price of his order, minored of the shipping fee, necessary to send the mobile phone back to the customer.
